| Braxton County authorities arrested Rodney Jason Hershman, 39, Thursday, incarcerating him in Central Regional Jail.
Hershman is charged with sexual assault 3rd, domestic assault, domestic battery, and destruction of property.
Bond has been set at $35,000 on most of the charges.
