CLAY MAN CHARGED WITH 'BODY ATTACHMENT' - Calhoun Man Arrested Burglary

Clay County authorities have charged Timothy Lee Frame, 52, with "body attachment." A Body Attachment order directs law enforcement officers to seize the body of the person named in the order and hold that person in custody pending further orders of the court. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Calhoun man, Michael Ray Hall, 33, has been charged with burglary, conspiracy and trespassing. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $12,000. Randall Todd Echard, Sr., 50, has been charged by Ritchie authorities with malicious assault and possession of a controlled substance. He is North Central Regional Jail. Leslie Mark Lively, 49, has been charged in Ritchie County for grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
