CALHOUN MAN ARRESTED ON METH CHARGES

Wirt County authorities have arrested Jimmie Lee Grimes, 42, and charged him with larceny, entering without breaking. He is in North Central Regional Jail. James Aaron Spaur, 31, has been arrested by Calhoun authorities and charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab. He is in Central Regional Jail. Braxton authorities have charged September Laura Jean Singleton, 33, with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony. She is in Central Regional Jail. Also arrested from Braxton, James Russell Powell, 31, charged with giving false information to law enforcement and obstructing. He is in Central Regional Jail.
