| Willie ''Tony'' Jones, 64, of Tuppers Plains, Ohio, died Sunday, Dec.
15, 2002, in Pomeroy, Ohio.
He was born Nov. 26, 1938, in Freed, W.Va., a son of the late Lorine and
Curtis Jones. He was a retired truck driver and member of the Reedsville
Fellowship Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Shirley Stover Jones; three daughters and
sons-in-law, Diana (Jones) and Steve Mayo of Vienna, Connie (Jones) and John
Rankin of Tuppers Plains, and Judy (Jones) and Dennis Garrett of Reynoldsburg,
Ohio; one adopted son, Willie; one brother, Junior Jones of Little Hocking; two
sisters, Velma and Marie of California; five grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Eliza
Meriwether.
Memorial services will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Reedsville Fellowship
Church of the Nazarene, Reedsville, Pastor Teresa Waldeck and Pastor Linda
Kuhn officiating.
