Kenneth Eugene Hall, 77 - Clover

Kenneth Eugene Hall, 77, of Clover, West Virginia, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at home after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

He was born April 30, 1938 in Roane County, a son of the late Edward and Dorothy Schreckengost Hall.

He was a farmer and was retired from Kellwood Company after 41 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, attended the Otto Advent Christian Church and was a member of Moriah Lodge #38 A.F. & A.M.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 55 years, Edna Ullom Hall; two daughters, Brenda Webb and Bub and Sandy Batten and Jeff, all of Clover; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis and Robert Nichols of Newark, West Virginia; and a brother, Paul and Francine Hall of Mineral Wells, West Virginia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, Larry Martin and Phyllis Martin Donahoo; two sisters, Linda Nichols and Dian Harper; and a great-granddaughter.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia, with Rev. Danny Whited officiating. Burial with Masonic graveside rites will follow in the Otto Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting will be two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
