Millie S. Beall, 83 - Glenville

Millie S. Beall age 83 of Glenville, West Virginia, departed this life in the early morning hours of Saturday March 5, 2016 at her daughter Amy's home in Glenville, surrounded by her loving family.

Born October 4, 1932 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Millie was the daughter of the late Jesse Sams and Helen Campbell Sams Curry.

Millie was a private home care provider and worked at Kinney Shoe Factory in Glenville. She was a member of the Rosedale United Methodist Church for many years, member of the City Park Tennis League in Parkersburg, and member of the Women's Bowling Leagues in Parkersburg and Flatwoods. She enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her grandchildren whenever possible.

Millie was united in marriage to Hunter Brown Beall, who preceded her in death on March 8, 1999.

Surviving are 4 children, Kimberly Ann Fury of Parkersburg WV, Amy Self of Glenville, Pamela Sue Flemming and husband Ron of Parkersburg, and Hunter Lee Beall and wife Donna of Weston WV; 1 sister, Alice Dillon of Belpre OH; and two brothers, John Sams and wife Joyce of Parkersburg and Jim Sams and wife Tita of Fuquay-Varina NC.

There are also 13 grandchildren, Charity Willcoxen, Justin and Hunter Fury, Annamoriah Payne, Hunter, Levi and Arabealla Self, Ron Flemming, Brandi Johnson, Jessica Pickens, Megan and Hunter Beall, and , Christy Lynn McCoy; 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews surviving.

Along with her parents and husband, Millie was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Sharon Bell; 1 grandson, Anderson Malachi Self; 5 sisters, Norma Nedeff, Mary James, Daisy Weber, Dolly Sams and Joanne Sams; 2 brothers, David Sams and Robin Myers; and 1 son-in-law, Kenny Self. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc., 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Burial will follow in the Stalnaker Cemetery in Glenville. Visitation will be conducted from 1-4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the mortuary.
