The Calhoun Commission is advertising for proposals from parties interested in
leasing buildings known as the old bus garage at Wayne Underwood Field.
Proposals should include the amount to be paid to the Commission per month.
Lessee must cover the property with insurance.
Proposals must be submitted to the County Clerk's office by January 3, 2003 at 3
p.m.
The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
The Commission will use any proceeds from the lease for operation and upkeep of
Wayne Underwood Field.
