CHRONIC DISEASE SELF-MANAGEMENT CLASS OFFERED - Six Week Course Starts Today

Are you or your family member living with a Chronic Disease? Chronic Disease Self-Management class will be starting April 5th at 10 a.m. located at the Family Resource Network on Main Street in Grantsville. This will be a FREE once a week class for 6 weeks and it will offer some great tools to help manage your chronic disease. Topics will include, problem solving, dealing with emotions, healthy eating and physical activity, relaxation and pain and fatigue management. Everyone is welcome to attend.
