Mary Susan Myers, 91, of Reedy

Mary Susan Myers, 91, of Reedy, West Virginia left to be with the Lord on February 20, 2016 after a brief illness with her family by her side. She was born September 11, 1924 in Roane County, West Virginia a daughter of the late Edward and Catherine Short. Mary was a Christian and an active member of the Pleasant Grove Church for many years. Her interests included spending time with her family, gardening, sewing and reading her Bible. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by five sons and four daughters, Larry Drake, Kay Williams, Sue Cottrell, Dana Karen Lawson, Danny Myers, Donna J. Foreman, Lewis Myers, Mike Myers and Joey Myers; one brother, Cliney; one sister, Delores; 21 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dana Lewis Myers in 1992; two brothers, Lanny and Elton; and two sisters, Corrine and Willadean. There will be a graveside service at 3:00pm Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the Board Cemetery, Reedy. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, West Virginia.
