WEST VIRGINIA KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Bruceton Mills Man Shoots And Stabs

MAN SHOOTS/STABS - Police arrested Clifford Allen Dalton, 65, of Bruceton Mills after he allegedly stabbed a family member, hit her in the head with a pistol, and threatened to kill her before firing shots in her direction. According to the criminal complaint, when police arrived, the woman was bleeding profusely from right arm and head. The victim said Dalton stabbed her in the basement, then went upstairs to get a 44 magnum revolver. When he returned, Dalton threatened to kill her, and then fired shots in her direction. Police found multiple bullet holes in throughout the home. Dalton was later found on Old Route 73, along with the silver revolver, and was arrested. Dalton told police the gun did go off during a struggle.
