CALHOUN MAN FACING SEVEN CHARGES

Calhoun State Police arrested Henry Earl Stutler, Jr., 23, and charged him with seven offenses. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, improper registration, carrying a concealed weapon, expired MVI, no insurance, no license and possession of a deadly weapon. He is in Central Regional Jail. James Lowe, 24, is facing charges of possession of a deadly weapon, by Roane authorities. He is in Central Regional Jail. Clay authorities arrested Roger Dale Rogers, 44, has been charged with driving revoked DUI-3rd and is in Central Regional Jail. Lorraine Bailey,54, is facing charges in Braxton/Gilmer for obstructing an officer. She is in Central Regional Jail.
