| Roane County authorities arrest Robert Barr, Sr., 49, over the weekend and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
Barr is charged with brandishing a deadly weapon, domestic assault and domestic battery.
He is being held on $9,000 bond.
Roane authorities also arrested Jacob Matthew Dodd, 27, and charged him driving revoked. He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $1,500. |
