BANK ROBBERY - A Huntington man is facing charges for a bank robbery.

Darren Jackson was arrested for robbing the City National Bank shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday.

The criminal complaint says Jackson entered the bank with his face covered with a tank top and presented a note demanding money and said he had a gun.

Employees told investigators it appeared Jackson had a weapon in his right pocket.

Jackson got several thousand dollars and then ran out of the bank.

He was tackled a short distance away from the bank and held there until Huntington Police got there and took him into custody.

He is charged with bank robbery and is being held in the Western Regional Jail
