Calhoun 911/OES Director Kathy Wood issued the annual report of activity at the Calhoun 911 Center. Other calls and responses were made by direct contact and not through 911. - West Virginia State Police 1,330 calls The largest number of State Police responses; traffic stops 853; auto accidents 79; disputes 35; domestic 29. - Calhoun Sheriffs Department 175 The largest number of Sheriff responses: traffic stops 49; auto accidents 24. - Grantsville Police Department 130 The largest number of GPD responses: traffic stops 86; alarms 7; disputes 6. - Calhoun Natural Resource Police 27 The largest number of NRP responses: traffic stops 12.
