PRESTON SHOOTING - A man is behind bars and another is left injured after a shooting late Saturday night in Newburg, Preston County.

According to State Police, a call came in around 11:40 p.m..

Authorities arrested 22-year-old Tyler Sell of Albright, after a bullet from a .22-caliber revolver went through the hand and neck of 32-year-old Matthew Long of Kingwood.

Long was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital, but he is expected to be okay.

Sell is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail and is charged with malicious wounding.
