Celio Roman, Jr., 45 - Kissimmee, Florida

Celio Roman, Jr., of Kissimmee, Florida, and formerly of Spencer, WV passed away in his sleep December 29, 2015 after a long illness. He was 45.

He was born in Lorain, Ohio, October 6, 1970. Leon loved to cook and entertain and spent much of his time traveling with his partner, Nehemiah Good, who lives in Kissimmee.

He is survived by his parents, Celio and Vernie Roman of Spencer; his siblings, Gloria Mendoza of Ohio, Wanda Plato of Spencer, Cecelia Maldonado of New York, Eddie Roman of Puerto Rico, Celio Junior Roman of Connecticut, James Roman of Petroleum, WV, Michael Roman of Florida, and Julio Roman of Spencer.

He is also survived by his nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews-including his God-son, Jeremy Roman of Lorain. Leno is preceded in death by his grandparents, Julio Roman of Puerto Rico, Antolina Ortiz of Lorain(Paternal), and Albert Vernon Grimes of Clarksburg, WV and Virginia Grimes Makush of Lorain(Maternal).

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Dr. Kenneth Seen holding the service. Burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting is two hours prior to the service on Thursday.
