CALHOUN MAN CHARGED DUI-3RD OFFENSE

Calhoun authorities arrested William Edward Vandal. Jr., 29, Monday night. Vandal is in Central Regional Jail charged with third offense DUI. Bond has been set at $1,000. A Ritchie County man, Troy Lydell Davis, 42, has been charged with wanton endangerment and felon in possession of a firearm. He is in North Central Regional Jail. James Wesley Ellison, 19, and Joshua Albra Ellison, 21, have been charged in Gilmer County with domestic battery. They are in Central Regional Jail. Joshua Albra Ellison has an additional charge of obstructing an officer. Braxton authorities have arrested Connie Jo Barker, 51, and charged her with domestic battery. She is in Central Regional Jail.
