REGIONAL ARRESTS

A Ritchie County man Troy Lydell Davis, 42, has been charged with wanton endangerment and a felon in possession of a firearm. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Two Gilmer County residents have been charged with domestic battery. James Wesley Ellison, 19, and Joshua Albra Ellison, 21, are incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. James Wesley Ellison has an additional charge of obstructing an officer. A Braxton County woman, Connie Jo Barker, 51, has been charged with domestic battery and is in Central Regional Jail.
