THREE BRAXTON MEN INCARCERATED MULTIPLE CHARGES

Braxton authorities have arrested Richard Lee Bender, 47, and charged him with unlawful wounding, domestic battery and domestic assault. Bender is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $25,000. David Todd Dennison, 45, has been charged with domestic assault and obstructing and officer. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Another Braxton resident, William Eric Dean, 35, has been charged with petit larceny. His bond has been set at $7,500.
