| Roane authorities have arrested Laurance Michael Brown, 30, and charged him with receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle and simple possession. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,000. Roane authorities have also arrested Janna Leigh Shaffer, 43, and charged her with burglary. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Houston Michael Huffman, 20, of Roane County has been charged with home confinement violation and has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. |
