METHENEY TO BE SENTENCED ON SEXUAL ABUSE CHARGES - Calhoun Circuit Court In Session Monday

Corey Lee Metheney, 35, is scheduled for sentencing Monday in Calhoun Circuit Court related to the sexual abuse of two juvenile females in 2012. Court will open at 10 a.m. Monday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Metheney was indicted on two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, two counts of sexual assault in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. It was alleged that Metheney sexually abused two children during November of 2012. - Darren Nicholas Parsons, plea. - James Blankenship, plea. - Ashley Easton, hearing on probation violation. - George Nicholas Parsons, plea. - Civil: Miller vs. Dunaway, magistrate appeal. - 18 juvenile cases, 26 children.
