| GUN IN CHURCH - Raleigh County deputies said a man is in custody after walking into a church with a gun.
Ethelbert Broadnax was arrested and charged with brandishing a deadly a weapon after the incident that happened Sunday at the New Salem Baptist Church in Stotesbury, deputies said.
Deputies said several people were inside the church at the time, but that no one was injured. They said a member of the church was able to slip out the door and call police.
Broadnax is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail.
