James "Paul" Kelley, 67 - Munday

James "Paul" Kelley 67, of Munday WV, passed away November 21, 2015 at Parkersburg Care Center in Parkersburg WV.

He was born on December 1, 1947 the son of the late Jim and Clara Kelley.

Paul is survived by his wife of 49 years, Betty Deweese Kelley; and two daughters, Lisa (Tim) Bunner and Criss (Bob) Welshans; three much loved grandchildren, Matthew Bunner, Kelley Bunner and Ashley Welshans; six sisters, Louise (Roy) Ayers, Elouise (Gale) Bonar, Betty (Bud) Boyce, Leona (Jack) Pettit, Madeline (Ray) Yoakand and Sue (Bob) Peppers; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Emogene (George) Rogers; and two brothers, Don Kelley and Glenn Kelley.

At his request there will be no services, he will be laid to rest at Wolverton Cemetery, Munday WV.

Betty, Lisa and Criss would like to say a special thank you to the entire staff at Parkersburg Care for the wonderful loving care you showed not only to Paul but to us also, and to his fellow residents that looked out for him and showed over and over that you do not have to be related by blood to be family. Our family has greatly increased while he was with you all and you will be in our hearts forever.

Also a thank you to the caregivers and the Senior Citizens Group that helped care for Paul in the beginning. You all were great with him and he enjoyed his time with you.

Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV has been honored to service the Kelley family.
