MAN SHOOTS GUN AT WORK - A Marion County man has been charged with wanton endangerment after police say he fired a gun inside a Fairmont business, Anthony Chevrolet. Robert "Kip" Erdie, 60, is accused of pulling a .45 handgun in an argument with a coworker, both mechanics at the business.

Erdie is accused of intentionally firing one shot into the concrete floor of the service garage during the argument. There were no injuries.

Erdie was arraigned in Marion County Magistrate Court on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY - Both suspects in a Monongalia County armed robbery investigation that led to a police involved shooting are now in custody. U.S. Marshals found Isaac William Barker, 31, in New Orleans, Louisiana Monday.

Barker was found at a bed and breakfast about 4:00 p.m. U.S. Marshals reportedly had to subdue him as he resisted arrested.

Barker and Justin Knisell are suspects in an armed robbery at West Run Apartments November 5.

When Monongalia County deputies were executing a search warrant at a home in Morgantown in that investigation, David Romanaski was shot and killed. Investigators say he was armed with a shotgun and a handgun.

Barker and Knisell are accused of hitting the victims of the robbery with a handgun before it fired a shot.

Victims were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Knisell turned himself into investigators.

He and Barker are facing armed robbery, malicious assault and conspiracy charges.
