| A man received some serious injuries Monday evening after a fall that was reported to be about 20 feet.
The victim was injured on Elk Lane off Lower Nicut Road about 4:30 p.m.
He was taken to the Upper West Fork Park by Minnie Hamilton EMS to a chopper to be transported to a medical center.
The Upper West Fork VFD also responded.
