| Roscoe Parsons, 72, of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 1, 2015.
He was born May 23, 1943 in Orma WV, a son of the late Perry and Phoeba Cottrell Parsons.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Brenton, Thomas, Dennis, Cecil, and Vance.
He is survived by his wife, Audra Parsons; children, Randall (Tracy) Parsons of Frametown WV; Cathy (David) Dickey of Chloe WV; and Saundra (Michael) Ballengee; sister, Velma Barnes of Millstone; brother, Eugene Parsons of Orma; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home at Arnoldsburg WV, Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth Parsons and Rev. Loren Price officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Lambert Cemetery.
