(11/04/2015)

The 'Glamour Girls' local chapter of the Red Hat Society dropped by Arnoldsburg Elementary School October 30 to donate coats to students for this winter.

The group has donated coats to the school for several years as their annual "Coats for Kids Project".

Shown above is Arnoldsburg Elementary School Principal, Charles Thomas, receiving coats from Lorraine Bailey (left) and Juanita Saunders of the Red Hat Society.

The school would like to thank the Red Hat Society for their continued support of the students and the community. "We greatly appreciate their concern and compassion to keep the students warm this winter," said Community School Coordinator, Malcolm Lanham.
