PLEASANT HILL SCHOOL HAD RED RIBBON WEEK

(11/03/2015)

Pleasant Hill School students and staff celebrated Red Ribbon Week October 26-30. Red Ribbon Week has been used for nearly 30 years by educators and community leaders to teach children an important lesson: Say NO to drugs, say YES to healthy lifestyles.

Each day of the week there was a special theme and message such as: Bandana Day - "band" together to be drug free; Team Day - "team up" and just say NO to drugs and YES to healthy choices; Hat & Sock Day - be drug free from "head to toe"; Mix Up Day - we never want to get "mixed up" with drugs.

On Friday, almost everyone wore red to culminate the Red Ribbon Week celebration.
