Sandra L. Potts, 62 - Spencer

Sandra L. Potts, 62, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away October 22, 2015, in CAMC-General Hospital, Charleston.

She was born June 6, 1953 at Spencer, a daughter of the late Oral and Garnett Lane Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Withrow and Peggy Brunner.

Survivors include her husband, David E. Potts of Spencer; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jackie and Nancy Miller of Muncie, Ind., David Potts, II of Spencer, Robert and Vicky Potts also of Spencer; two daughters and son-in-law, Angie Potts of Spencer, Ammy and Daniel Simonds also of Spencer; five sisters, Carol Blackwell and Linda Clayhorn both of Georgia, Sherry Marks and Pam Atkinson both of Spencer, Annette Hickman of Ravenswood WV; three brothers, Roger, Oral Edward and Gary Miller all of Spencer; eleven grandchildren, Brittany, Jesse, Thomas, Megan, Hayli, Nathaniel, Tyler, Katie, Allen, Jon and Zoey; one great grandson, Caden; several nieces and nephews; close friend, Karen Micieli of Spencer.

She loved her family more than they will ever know.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Randy Whited officiating. Burial will be in the Miller Cemetery, Spencer. Friends may visit with the family one hour before the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to the funeral home to assist with funeral and burial expenses.
