The Sunshine Corner Gift Shop run by the Friends of Minnie Hamilton recently re-opened after undergoing extensive renovations. Fresh paint, new shelving and displays and a new layout will enhance customer shopping experience in the "homey" new shop.
Crafters and artisans of hand-made products are being sought, as the shop hopes to showcase local talent. New inventory with some wonderful seasonal products are already on the shelves. Other items for sale are Calhoun County tee-shirts, greeting cards and ice-cream.
You can also purchase your "holiday" doves in honor of or in memory of someone for the annual Dove Tree to be displayed in the lobby. Cards are available for insertion into Christmas cards.
The entrance to the Sunshine Corner Gift Shop is located in the lobby of Minnie Hamilton Health System's main facility in Grantsville. Hours currently 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with extended hours planned in the near future.
