TANNER SENTENCED TO STATE PEN 1-10 YEARS GRAND LARCENY - Circuit Court Hears Cases

Andrew Tanner was sentenced in Calhoun Circuit Court, one to ten years in the state penitentiary for grand larceny, a felony, related to his role in stealing an air conditioning unit from the Calhoun Cooperative Parish Mission at Minnora, according to prosecutor Shannon Johnson.

Ryan Abramovich appeared for arraignment with a pre-trial set for December 10 and a trial set for January 19. He was indicted on one count of malicious assault, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Brian Smith entered a guilty plea to unlawful assault and will be sentenced December 10.

Nick Davis's sentencing on drug charges was continued to January 21.

Orville Doolittle entered a guilty plea to four counts of incest, all felonies. He will be sentenced November 30.
