TANNER SENTENCED TO STATE PEN 1-10 YEARS GRAND LARCENY - Circuit Court Hears Cases

Andrew Tanner was sentenced in Calhoun Circuit Court, one to ten years in the state penitentiary for grand larceny, a felony, related to his role in stealing an air conditioning unit from the Calhoun Cooperative Parish Mission at Minnora, according to prosecutor Shannon Johnson. See DROOPY DRAWERS" THEFT SUSPECT INDICTED Ryan Abramovich appeared for arraignment with a pre-trial set for December 10 and a trial set for January 19. He was indicted on one count of malicious assault, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony. Brian Smith entered a guilty plea to unlawful assault and will be sentenced December 10. Nick Davis's sentencing on drug charges was continued to January 21. Orville Doolittle entered a guilty plea to four counts of incest, all felonies. He will be sentenced November 30.
