CALHOUN COURT HAS FIVE FELONY CASES ON THURSDAYS DOCKET

Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session Thursday with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. - Orville Doolitte will appear regarding a plea deal with his indictment for sexual abuse by a parent and incest. - Andrew Tanner will appear for sentencing on his charges of breaking and entering and grand larceny. - Brian Lee Smith will appear regarding a plea agreement. Smith had been indicted on a sexual abuse charge. - Ryan Abramovich is scheduled to appear for arraignment on malicious wounding charges. - Nicholas Davis is set to appear for sentencing related to charges of cultivating marijuana. - 19 juvenile cases are on the docket.
