Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session Monday starting at 11 a.m. with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. - Adam James is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on a charge of attempted murder, charged with shooting a Mud Fork man. - Ryan Abramovich is scheduled to answer an indictment on one count of malicious assault, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony. - Andrew Tanner will appear for sentencing related to breaking and entering and grand larceny. - Gary Ferrell is scheduled for pre-trial hearing. - Three juvenile cases.
