| State Police were dispatched to a suspected prowler call just before midnight Thursday.
A female resident reported that a prowler was in her yard near her residence and then stating that someone was trying to get into basement.
A further report said the caller was hearing noise in the basement.
Police responded to Straight Run Road off State Rd. 16 near Orma.
The woman advised she had a weapon for protection.
Police could not find a prowler at the property.
Police said break-ins had been reported earlier near the location. |
