Milking talent is now diminished in Calhoun, once a daily practice. Lamont's Lucky Hearts Dairy Goat Farm on Russett Road raises award winning Purebred Nubian, Lamanchas, Nigerian Dwarf and Recorded Grade Dairy Goats. Lamont makes good use of the goat's milk, in addition to the milk itself, she creates products such as goats milk soap and lotions. Lucky Heart goats have been prize winners at state, county fairs and festivals for many years
