A Gilmer County man has been indicted by a Harrison County grand jury.
Charles Edward Durham of Glenville was indicted on one county of second degree sexual assault.
The Harrison grand jury indicted a Calhoun man, Caleb Wayne Hart of Big Springs, one county of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
