DOG FIGHT - Charges have been filed against a Lincoln County man who is accused of breaking into his neighbor's home and threatening him with a pipe. Zachary Vance, 26, was apparently in an argument over his dog with his neighbors in Ranger on Wednesday. At one point, the homeowner grabbed a shotgun, firing a shot at the home's wall. Vance's wife, who was outside the home at the time, suffered an eye injury from the blast When State Police Troopers arrived at the scene, they arrested Vance, charging him with burglary and assault. Vance said after his arraignment on Wednesday. "I didn't threaten him. He's the one who threatened me." Vance was arraigned in Lincoln County Magistrate Court and placed in jail under a $15,000 bond.
