Sharon L. Jarvis, 72 - Arnoldsburg

Sharon L. Jarvis, 72, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the home of her granddaughter. She was born July 11, 1943 in Webster County, a daughter of the late Samuel Russell and Losie Jane Helmick Carter. She was a homemaker, enjoyed quilting and puzzles and attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Komarony and Velma Waksmunski; three sons, Thomas and Douglas Cain and Samuel Jarvis; four sisters, Opal Kirchberg, Judy Dobbins, Nina Wilfong, and Louise Ice; three brothers, Gene, Jerry, and Michael Carter; and three granddaughters, Tamara Henry, Kayla Cain, and Natasha Jarvis. In accordance with Sharons's wishes, there will be no visitation or viewing as her wish was to be cremated. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
