PENNSBORO MAN CHARGED WITH ARSON

A Pennsboro man was arrested Friday on arson charges.

Matthew T. Sandy, 32, was arrested by West Virginia State Fire Marshal's on charges stemming from an outbuilding fire in Pennsboro, Ritchie County on July 25.

Sandy posted a $25,000 bond pending his preliminary hearing. He faces two to 20 years in prison.
