RITCHIE MAN CHARGED WITH METH OPERATION

Ritchie authorities have arrested William Edward Vandal, 28, of Brohard, and charged him with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab and manufacturing a controlled substance marijuana. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Brandon Dennis Lamar, 36, has been charged in Braxton County with nighttime burglary and conspiracy. He is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $25,000. Clay authorities have arrested Richard Lee Bishop, 29, and charged him with possession of a controlled substance, bond at $4,000 at Central Regional Jail.
