REGIONAL ARRESTS

Roane authorities have arrested John E. Mace, 56, and charged him with possession of a stolen vehicle and delivery of schedule IV controlled substance. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $70,000. A Gilmer man is in Central Regional Jail. Damon Wayne Rice, 34, has been charged with delivery of controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and failure to appear. Roane authorities have incarcerated Jacob Lee Hite and Amber Nicole Boggs for violating home confinement.
