BRAXTON MAN FACING ARSON-WANTON ENDANGERMENT CHARGES - Clay Man Changed With Burglary

A Clay County man, Stephen Partick Perdue, 45, has been incarcerated for burglary daytime breaking and entering, obstructing an officer and trespassing. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Cherry Dale Fincham, 43, has been arrested in Braxton County and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession.

Braxton County authorities have arrested Joshua Todd Wilson, 30, and charged him disarming or attempting to disarm law enforcement, an arson charge, wanton endangerment and felony destruction of property.

Wilson is being held in Central Regional Jail on $60,000 bond.

Matthew Starr Flanders, 31, has been charged by Roane authorities with parole violation, manufacturing a controlled substance marijuana and hunting without license out of season. He is in Central Regional Jail.

John Camden Rhodes, 33, has been charged in Braxton with domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats. Bond is set at $3,000, Central Regional Jail.
