FUN NUTRITION CLASS BEING OFFERED - Informative And Very Hands On, Begins Wednesday

Nancy Bremar NOI, WVU Extension Service Family Nutrition Program will be teaching a new nutrition class beginning on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. The classes will be held at the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department and begin at 10:00 a.m. Classes will last approximately 90 minutes. Eat smart/being active classes will be fun, informative and very hands on. Participants will gain new knowledge about eating smart, healthy recipes, saving money and meal planning. The classes are FREE. Everybody who takes the class will receive kitchen goodies, many recipes that are easy to fix and economical to make, and lots of door prizes.
