| Cathy Lynn Nester Sweeney, 53, of Mansfield, Ohio, formerly of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in Mansfield.
She was born February 25, 1962 in Spencer, a daughter of William D. Nester of Spencer and the late Eleanor Alvis Nester.
She was a 1979 graduate of Spencer High School, a former teacher, and a homemaker.
In addition to her father, Cathy is survived by three sons, Adam, Ryan, and Luke Sweeney, all of Mansfield; her longtime companion, Jeff Brocklesby of Mansfield; and two brothers, Bruce Nester of Huntington, West Virginia and Neil Nester of Danville, West Virginia.
Service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Rev. Jim Shamblin officiating. Burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting is one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
