Ricky Joe Cummings, 52, is charged with manufacturing, delivery, possession of a controlled substance.

Another Clay man, Billy Joe Doughtery, 42, is facing similar charges with bond set at $150,000.

A Calhoun man, Dennis Lee Cottrill, 32, is in Central Regional Jail over violating a domestic violence order. Bond is set at $10,000.

Richard Lee Butcher, 39, of Clay, is in Central Regional Jail for failure to pay child support.
