REGIONAL ARRESTS

Clay authorities arrested Lyndsey Nicole Nottingham, 32, and charged her with petit larceny and entering without breaking. Her bond was set at $5,000 at Central Regional Jail. John Henry Jarrell, 39, of Roane County, was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail for violation of home confinement.
