Benjamin Edward Settle, 37, has been charged with sexual abuse by parent or guardian, sexual exploitation of a minor, use of obscene material in seducing minor, furnishing beer to a minor and delivery of a controlled substance.

He is in Central Regional Jail.

Kayla Rayshelle Cain, 20, has been accused by Calhoun authorities with delivery of a controlled substance, possession wiuth intent to deliver and furnishing beer to a minor.

Cain is in Central Regional Jail.
