FOUR SET FOR CIRCUIT COURT SENTENCING MONDAY

(06/30/2015)
Judge David W. Nibert presided in Calhoun Circuit Court Monday. Christopher Lamp, 22, is scheduled for sentencing. According to court records, Lamp had entered a plea of guilty to Unlawful Assault, a felony. Leon E. Kerby II entered a plea of guilty to Child Abuse Resulting in Injury, a misdemeanor and is set for sentencing.

Charles Norman is to appear for sentencing, after entering a plea of guilty to Conspiracy to Operate a Clandestine Methamphetamine Drug Laboratory, a felony, and a plea of no contest to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.

Joshua Thomas Slider, 30, was set to appear for sentencing on charges related to the manufacturing of meth.
