FOUR SET FOR CIRCUIT COURT SENTENCING MONDAY

Judge David W. Nibert presided in Calhoun Circuit Court Monday. Christopher Lamp, 22, is scheduled for sentencing. According to court records, Lamp had entered a plea of guilty to Unlawful Assault, a felony. Leon E. Kerby II entered a plea of guilty to Child Abuse Resulting in Injury, a misdemeanor and is set for sentencing. Charles Norman is to appear for sentencing, after entering a plea of guilty to Conspiracy to Operate a Clandestine Methamphetamine Drug Laboratory, a felony, and a plea of no contest to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Joshua Thomas Slider, 30, was set to appear for sentencing on charges related to the manufacturing of meth.
