RITCHIE MAN CHARGED WITH WANTON ENDANGERMENT, MALICIOUS ASSAULT

Ritchie County authorities have arrested Timothy Paul Cota, 22, and charged him with assault, wanton endangerment with firearm, malicious assault/wounding/battery and felon in possession of a firearm. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Wirt officials have arrested Robert Lee Franklin, 23, and charged him with sexual assault 3rd degree. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Dylan Lamar Stalnaker, 31, has been charged by Braxton police with DUI-2nd and driving while suspended 3rd. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Clay County man, Danny Charles Truman, is in Central Regional Jail charged with attempting to defeat a drug test
