Patricia Mae Parsons, 56, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at the Roane General Hospital, Spencer. She was born July 19, 1958 in Charleston WV, a daughter of the late James C. and Eva Lucas. Patricia was a former nurse's aide. Survivors include her long-time friend, Jesse Morrison of Spencer; daughter, Amanda Parsons of Cross Lanes WV; granddaughter, Eva Danielle Edgell; brother, Patrick Lucas of Scott Depot WV.
